I provide senior level CFO advisory and whole person leadership support. On the business side this includes corporate services for private equity and healthcare platforms, and advisory packages for independent practice owners and founders. On the human side I offer sounding board style coaching for executives and professionals who want a safe place to think through decisions.
2. How do your CFO services work?
I work as a concierge CFO and strategic partner. Engagements can be structured as a focused diagnostic, an embedded part time executive role, or an ongoing advisory relationship. Together we define the problems to solve, the outcomes you want, and the level of support that makes sense.
3. Do you still work with independent practice owners and small businesses?
Yes. In addition to corporate work, I offer Financial Health Audits and advisory support for independent practices and founder led businesses. These are designed for leaders who do not need a full time CFO but want CFO level insight and a clear plan.
4. What does whole person coaching mean?
When we talk, you bring all of you. The executive, the parent, the partner, the human who carries the pressure and makes the trade offs. I use a strengths based, practical approach that helps you see patterns, clarify what you want, and take steps that respect both your career and your life outside of work.
5. Who are your ideal clients?
I work with private equity sponsors, CEOs, CFOs, physician owners, founders, and senior leaders who are serious about growth and integrity. Most are in or adjacent to healthcare and professional services, although I occasionally partner with leaders in other industries when there is a strong values fit.
6. How do engagements typically begin?
We always start with a conversation. We use that time to clarify what is going on, what you have already tried, and what success would look like. From there I outline one or two options and you decide what feels right.
7. What are your fees?
Fees depend on the type of work and level of involvement. Corporate engagements are usually scoped as projects or retainers. Advisory packages for independent owners are typically flat fee. You will always receive a clear proposal before committing.
8. Where are you based and do you work remotely?
I am based in the United States and work with clients across the country. Many engagements are primarily virtual, with in person time added when it creates real value, such as board meetings, strategy sessions, or site visits.
9. How are you different from other CFO advisors or coaches?
My work sits at the intersection of finance, operations, and human behavior. I care about cash and culture, EBITDA and emotional resilience. Clients tell me they value my ability to go from the boardroom to the billing office, from a complex model to a quiet one on one conversation, without losing the thread.
10. How do I know if your services are right for me?
If you are carrying significant responsibility, want honest input, and are ready to take action, there is a good chance we will work well together. The best way to find out is simple.
