How Engagements Work
Each engagement is tailored, but most follow one of these structures:
Diagnostic and roadmap (4 to 8 weeks) Focused assessment of finance, revenue cycle, and systems with a concrete action plan.
Embedded CFO (3 to 12 months) Part time embedded executive leadership guiding finance, integrations, and transformation.
