My Story

From a small kitchen in Romania to the CFO seat in American healthcare.

I grew up in Romania in a home where every dollar mattered. There was no safety net. Hard work was not a choice. It was survival. That shaped how I see money, risk, and opportunity. It also taught me that numbers are never just numbers. They tell the story of real people and real lives.

In my twenties I immigrated to the United States, built a career in finance, and worked my way into leadership inside complex healthcare organizations. I spent nearly two decades in multi-site platforms and PE-backed environments, often as the person in the room trusted to explain what the numbers really meant and what to do next.

Along the way, life kept expanding. I became a wife and a mother. I climbed Mount Kilimanjaro not long after my second child. I led teams through integrations, turnarounds, and board meetings while navigating school drop-offs and bedtime stories. The theme never changed. Show up fully, keep going, find a way through.

What I saw over and over is that the most important decisions are rarely just financial. They sit at the intersection of money, leadership, identity, and fear. Executives, founders, and physicians carry that weight alone. They rarely have someone in their corner who understands both the technical side and the human side.

That is why I built All Seasons Consulting.

Today I serve as a CFO, strategic advisor, and sounding board for the people responsible for the health of an organization and the well-being of everyone inside it. I bring the rigor of a finance executive, the curiosity to ask the question everyone else is avoiding, and the practicality of someone who knows that life does not stop for quarter end.

If you want a partner who will tell you the truth, protect your downside, and care about your story as much as your numbers, we should talk.
