Georgeta Elena Precup, CPA, CGMA, is the Founder and Principal of GEP Solutions & Services LLC, d/b/a All Seasons Consulting, a Concierge CFO Business Consulting, Advisory & Coaching company registered in CT. 

Georgeta is a Finance executive with high integrity and ethical standards, leadership skills. She spent most of her career supporting private equity backed management service organizations (e.g., medical & healthcare services, business services). She has a successful track record working in growth-oriented, acquisition inquisitive companies with global annual revenues ranging from $100 thousands to $450+ million.

Over the years Georgeta developed experience in building teams and processes as expert matter in controllership, reporting, management accounting, GAAP accounting & policies, SOX (ICOFR) compliance, audit, tax, revenue cycle management, HR and payroll, M&A, business development, Treasury, FP&A, ERP platforms implementations. She has extensive M&A due diligence and integration experience from both seller and buyer side.

In her work Georgeta strives to build value and maximize returns on invested capital. Successes include equity and debt transactions, including leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and growth capital financings; 15+ acquisitions, domestic and foreign, with enterprise valuations ranging from $5 million to $150 million. 

Georgeta started offering consulting and advisory work (dba All Seasons Consulting) in 2010 while in parallel working as a Finance Executive for private equity backed portfolio companies. Today Georgeta advises a wide variety of business clients needing concierge CFO services, financial statement preparation, complex accounting projects. In addition, Georgeta also provides business consulting, advisory and coaching services.

Education & qualifications: Georgeta earned a Master’s in Business Administration from University of Connecticut (CT) and a Master’s in Human Relations & Diversity Awareness from Amberton University (TX). Georgeta is  a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in both CT and NY and a Charted Global Management Accountant (CGMA) and maintains AICPA member status. Lastly, Georgeta is a certified professional life coach (Integrated  Grit and Strengths Success Mentor Coach).

Residing in Stamford, Connecticut, Georgeta cherishes spending quality time with her family, living the values of community support and engagement that she fervently advocates for in her professional and philanthropic life.
