The Sounding Board

Private strategic advisory for women operating at a high level with no one who holds the full picture.

You are not underperforming. You are under-supported.

The Gap

The most capable woman in the room is often the most alone in it. Not because she cannot carry the weight. She carries it every day. Because no one around her holds the full picture, matches her altitude, and tells her the truth without an agenda.

Therapists listen. Coaches ask questions. Mentors advise from their own playbook. Useful, all of them. None of them sit across from you, hold the complexity of your whole life as one system, and help you think clearly when the stakes are real.

That is the gap. It is not a performance gap. It is a support gap.

What This Is

This is strategic advisory. The same model a CEO has with a trusted board advisor, built for you as a person.

In finance, EBITDA tells you whether a company can sustain itself. Not the top line. The real operating capacity underneath. I built a framework that measures people the same way, across six lenses: your financial architecture, your capacity, your identity, your trajectory, your decisions, and your authority to act.

In any conversation, one lens usually leads. The value is that I hold all six at once and see where they connect. That is pattern recognition, and it comes from twenty years operating at the intersection of finance, strategy, and leadership.

What This Is Not

This is not coaching. I have a point of view and I will share it.

This is not therapy. I am here to help you make a sound decision by Thursday, not process your childhood.

This is not a mastermind. No group. No channel. This is one-on-one, private, and confidential.

This is not motivational content dressed as strategy. If the plan does not hold up, I will tell you. If the numbers do not work, I will show you. If you are avoiding the real issue, I will name it.

How It Works

Private. Retainer-based. Ongoing.

I hold a small number of these relationships at a time. I am a working Operating Partner & CFO, and the calendar reflects that.

We speak monthly, typically ninety minutes, scheduled around what is live rather than around a curriculum.

Between calls, you have access. When a decision arrives on a Tuesday, you do not wait three weeks to think it through. Reach me, and we work it in real time. That access is the retainer. The monthly call is the anchor.

Context accumulates. I hold all of it. The board seat and the marriage. The portfolio and the aging parent. The offer on the table and the reason you have not answered it yet.

We are one person at the core. You do not become someone else when you walk into the office, and the decision in front of you is never only about work. Over time I see the patterns you cannot see, because you are inside them.

I take on clients selectively, and the discovery call runs both directions. If I am not the right person for what you are carrying, I will tell you.

Who This Is For

You already operate at a high level. You carry real weight. And you have no one at your altitude to think with.

You are not looking for someone to motivate you. You are looking for someone who can hold the whole board and tell you the truth.

Investment

By application. Retainer-based, structured around the scope of the relationship. We discuss it on the discovery call, once we both know the fit is right.

Twenty years as a CFO and Operating Partner inside PE-backed companies, from early-stage startups to $500M enterprises. I diagnosed what was broken, designed the fix, and built systems that hold without me. Creator of the EBITDA Framework. CPA. This is that same discipline, applied to your life.

This is the room you haven't had. The conversation you've been missing. The person across the table who holds the full picture and tells you the truth.
